How can I make an appointment?
Making an appointment at Mark9 Pediatrics is simple. The fastest way to make an appointment is to use the Patient Portal. You can also call our office at (972) 325-2005 or you can fill out one of our many “request an appointment” forms located throughout our website and on our Contact Us page.
Do you take same-day appointments?
We will always try to accommodate your schedule. We know that you’re busy and that kids get sick unpredictably. Because of this, Our team will do our best to get you into the clinic as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Do you have after-hours care?
We do! Dr. Moemeka partners with Children’s Health to provide a no-cost After-Hours Nurse Advice Line. Call our office at (972) 325-2005 after hours to get connected with experienced pediatric nurses!
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly request that, if you have to cancel your appointment, you do so within 12 hours of your appointment. To do this, you can leave a message after hours to cancel your appointment. If you do not cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation/no-show fee.

How can I pay my bill?
Paying your bill is simple. You can pay your bill at the office, or you can:
